(MTCY) Bodyweight and Kettlebell options


Movement with a focus on celebrating what your body can do.


Dance cardio with a splash of fun HIIT thrown in.

Suited for all fitness levels – the focus is on moving for fun and I always give variations and encourage you to go with what you enjoy and what makes you feel good.

This class is not punishment! This is full on celebration.


1 hour sessions that aim to reset any negative perceptions of your body, placing focus on mental and physical strength, confidence and celebration.


Each session will start with some tips and information on how to deal with common body image issues, I will be asking you to let me know if there is anything specific you would like me to discuss. The session always starts in a motivating way to help you appreciate the wonderful body you have and get you ready for the hour ahead.


We warm up to some feel good music and carry on with that theme of feel good tunes throughout – it will be a mix of you going at your own pace and me pushing you to get your heart rate up and endorphins going. The focus here is to listen to and be present with your bodies.


Each session with be a full body focus, with a mixture of dance, body weight strength training, core and flexibility.


We end the session with a stretch, some meditation and visualisation based on what we spoke about at the beginning of the session to tie it all together and to ensure you are present and finish off feeling on top of the world, mentally and physically.


Each session will be over Zoom, all sessions are UK time (GMT+0)

Each week we will be celebrating the decades! Starting off with the swinging 60’s through to the Naughties! Details on the timetable below.


Sessions for this block will run Tuesday 2nd November until Saturday 11th December. Times are; 

Tuesdays  7:30pm

Thursdays 7:30pm


Alternate Saturdays 9am – Kettlebells needed. This will be dance cardio with resistance training, body image coaching and meditation still included too.

4 – 10 sessions booked – £6 per session
