Things you need to know;
Live class timetable will be available at least one month in advance, factoring in family time off. (Timetable January, February and March can be found below)
Live classes will usually be on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30pm, I will also do at least 2 Saturdays a month, 9am.
Classes – both live and pre-recorded – will be a combination of Movement to Celebrate YOU (both Bodyweight and weight training), and Burlexercise.
Note Burlexercise is one routine every 8-10 weeks so there will not be many videos for this – the real fun here is joining the classes!
Classes will be booked through a fancy new online booking system and will be via zoom. You can book onto classes and change them up to 2 hours before the class.
